Our therapists at Achievement assist children in regaining independence and quality of life by overcoming physical, sensory or cognitive problems.
With Occupational therapy, kids can:
- Develop fine motor skills by grasping and releasing toys, or working on handwriting or computer skills.
- Improve their eye-hand coordination, so they can play and learn skills like batting a ball.
- Learn to perform basic life skills such as bathing, getting dressed, brushing your teeth and feeding yourself.
- Practice positive behaviors and social skills by learning how to manage frustration and anger.
